What Is It? 

The Copilot Preparedness Accelerator is a four-week assessment studying your existing M365 environment, structure, and policies to show you how ready your organization is for Copilot.

How Do We Do It? 

By analyzing data from three tools (Microsoft Graph Data Connect, SharePoint Syntex, and M365 scanners), we run checks to see where there is oversharing, gaps in your governance, the health of SharePoint repositories, and labeling structure. With this data, our experts provide insights and recommendations on the delta between today and Copilot integration, with a remediation plan of action detailed in order of importance.

Who Is Involved? 

We utilize our best and brightest Sparkies! But we also need your help. We must spend time with your knowledge owners to understand any gaps in SOPs that may need to be accounted for by what a tool can find. Are there third-party influences/APIs that we need to be privy to? What KPIs is your org trying to hit when moving to Copilot for M365?

In Summary 

This program requires six weeks' worth of work with reporting and executive summaries as deliverables*

*Some dependencies: There could be a lot of data to pull from these reports. With Microsoft Graph Data Connect (MGDC), licensing structures are in place. Through Sparkhound, we will offer the first 100k objects free, and then you are subject to MGDC pricing for every 100k objects beyond this.
