Are you not getting a good return even though the budget clearly states you’ve been investing through the roof? It could be that your business is getting bogged down by mundane
tasks, outdated compliance policies, and mountains of unstructured data.
Lack of processes and automation can lead to wasted time and talent, poor employee satisfaction, and an overall decline in brand reputation.
AI Builder is a part of
the Microsoft Power Platform that allows you to leverage artificial intelligence to help optimize your business. Still, you may not have the time or resources to plan, build, and
implement processes. Or maybe you have AI Builder but aren’t sure how to use it.
Either way, you could use a team of subject matter experts who can train you and your
team to execute processes with AI Builder or let the experts handle the whole thing themselves.
Our team at
Sparkhound can transform all your disparate data into information that supports more intelligent decision-making, machine learning, and automated business processes.
Automating Menial and Repetitive Tasks
Question: Do you have people spend time constantly copying and pasting information from thousands of documents all day, every day?
It seems across
industries and markets, a significant thorn in the side of IT departments is time and talent wasted on menial tasks to keep up appearances for clients and executive teams.
Instructing one employee to copy and paste critical data from excel spreadsheets manually eats up more time and money than an AI bot trained in data extraction.
In a
fraction of the time, a team of experts can develop and train an app to track custom data points and extract the necessary information, allowing the other employees to work on
more meaningful tasks. Whether it’s simple tasks like pulling info from business cards or heavy load processes like combing through hundreds of thousands of documents for several
different data points, having a team of trained experts can do wonders for our business.
